  1. After we secure the property under contact, my team and I perform all the due diligence, inspections, financial audits, etc. and verify all the important details.

  1. We obtain the financing for the property (in our name, not yours).

  1. You will be sent a comprehensive report for review and we can walk you through the key aspects of the deal and discuss projections and strategies.

  1. Should you invest, you will be become part of the Limited Liability Company that owns the property.

  1. You can invest using your IRA, cash, a family trust or an LLC.

  1. You sit back, deposit the quarterly cash flow checks we send you, and watch your investment increase in value.

  1. When the property is sold (usually in about 5 years), you are paid again on your share of the profits/appreciation.

  1. Your investment compounds as your reinvest in another deal (while still profiting from the previous deal).
